For the executive, the business owner and the freelancer, technology can be both a blessing and curse. We have instant access to the latest industry news, prospective sales leads, critical financial reports. But we also have a decreased ability to focus and a rising death toll from texting and driving. According to a 2009 Stanford University study, there is an almost unanimous recognition by social scientist that the digital age brings increased chronic multitasking and chronic multitasking results in diminished cognition.

Arvell Craig has successful started and managed multiple businesses over the past 13 years. Being independent, tech savvy and results-focused, he understands advanced strategies of using technology for saving times but he also has developed practices to detach, reflect and focus to stay productive.
